Luminox’s popular series is inspired by a fascinating sea giant, the Leatherback Sea Turtle. Sea Turtles are born in summer to begin a life of adventure, growing to become the ocean’s most durable and largest sea turtle species, traveling thousands of miles a year crossing both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Just like their namesake, these watches are tough and durable and designed for adventures who explore uncertain terrain above and below water.
The Leatherback Sea Turtle thrives without a hard shell, relying on its tough, rubbery skin to navigate the ocean's challenges. Similarly, this new Luminox timepiece features a 44mm CARBONOX™ case and uni-directional bezel, providing a strong and durable structure that is built for those who explore new landscapes and need a dependable companion on their wrist. The classic case design with the protected crown balanced by an opposite outcropping has created the iconic “turtle shape”.
The XS.0330 watch is powered by a Swiss Quartz movement, ensuring accurate and reliable timekeeping. Equipped with a Super-LumiNova® bezel light at 12 o'clock, eight LLTs, and a black waterproof rubber strap, this Luminox wristwatch guarantees readability and comfort in low light conditions on land or in water up to 100 meters.
