F-117 Nighthawk
44 mm, Pilot Watch - 6421
£959.00
With its refined design, the F-117-Nighthawk 6421 pilot's watch reflects the smooth and aerodynamic contours of the aircraft in graphite-grey. The case, with a diameter of 44 mm, has been sandblasted for a matte look, evoking the surface of the aircraft. As a unique touch, the numbers on the dial and bezel feature the same stenciled lettering that is used in the cockpit and the model is equipped with a GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) function.
Another unique feature of this pilot's watch is its special "glow-in-the-dark" effect, achieved using Super-LumiNova.

Our Inspiration
The Lockheed Martin F-117 Nighthawk was the world’s first aircraft invisible to radar. Theory had postulated that radar beams could be reflected by a series of carefully angled triangular panels, and in reality the unconventional alien-looking aircraft proved to be one thousand times less visible than any other aircraft ever created. Although retired in 2008, the F-117 Nighthawk became the basis for the design of subsequent stealth fighters, including the F-22 Raptor and the F-35 Lightning II.Kevlar Strap
The F-117 Nighthawk comes with a black buckle and a black Kevlar strap in 23 mm.All straps with the same lug width fit the watch.
